The Southern Counties Archery Society will hold their ONE HUNDREDTH CHAMPIONSHIP MEETING at
St. CROSS CRICKET GROUND, St. Cross, WINCHESTER SO23 9RT
on
14th, 15th, 16th and 17th May, 2013

As usual the event will be held, by courtesy of the St. Cross-Symondian Cricket Club, on their ground at St.Cross, Winchester. The picturesque venue, so beloved by so many, with the backdrop of the Hospital of St. Cross and Almshouses of Noble Poverty.
All the information about the event, including eligibility for awards, team sizes, trophies, and the all-important lunch menu, is available below, with the entry form.

SCAM 2013 Entry Forms
Entry Forms will be sent out to all competitors from 2012 and 2011, those who have sent in s.a.e. and those who have requested them in other formats. The scheduled date of publication is mid-February 2013.
The 2013 entry form is available in two formats. The PDF format includes all the information for the event; the Word (.docx) version includes only the entry form itself and allows for electronic completion.

Southern Reunion Dinner
Other than the Meeting itself one highlight is a REUNION DINNER.
This Event will be held at the Apollo Hotel, Basingstoke. The date is Saturday evening 26th October. There is a special rate package available which will be a dinner, bed and breakfast so that diners can stay the night after celebrating. This will enable those with a big journey also to consider the event.
The package is an all-in price for dinner, bed and breakfast of £50. There will be a single supplement and a separate price for those dining only.
